Description:
The site had been a part of a larger coal processing plant that had not been used in over ten years. During two separate bankruptcy processes the prior operators ignored the site and kicked the can down the road despite the site not being used again for commercial purposes.
Future use: Will be returned to grasslands that will also be the future site of a bee apiary for pollination as well as honey production.
